A dazzling and unique neckpiece created in two pieces for a sculputural effect. Two different methods of using beads are used, one for the body, one for the wings and neck cord. The matching bracelet echoes the beading pattern on the wings of the dragonfly.
Finished scarf dimension: Finished circumference of neckpiece approx 15.5 inches. Finished circumference of bracelet 6.25 inches. One size fits most as I-cord is stretchy. Directions are included for lengthening.
Materials required to make this pattern include: 90 yards of fingering/sport weight smooth ribbon or novelty yarn, US 4 double pointed needles, Tapestry Needle, .6 mm crochet hook for placing beads, 200 Size 6/0 seed beads. 2 Size 8/0 glass beads or shank buttons, dental floss threader.
Gauge: 10 rows over 1 inches over slip-bead I-cord pattern.
